Edward Martin  Chairman Emeritus, Martin, Blanck & Associates
Edward Martin is the co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of Martin, Blanck & Associates. Dr. Martin had a distinguished 30-year career in public service as a commissioned officer in the US Public Health Service (PHS), Department of Health and Human Services. His final assignments were at the Department of Defense (DoD), where he was appointed the Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs).

Ronald Blanck  Chairman, Martin, Blanck & Associates
In June 2009, Ronald (Ron) Blanck was named Chairman of Martin, Blanck & Associates. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Blanck served as president of the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth until June 2006. There he oversaw a growing academic health center that includes the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, School of Public Health and School of Health Professions.

Alfred Giambone  Chief Executive Officer
Al Giambone co-founded Martin, Blanck & Associates in 1998 and became President and CEO in 2007. In May 1998, he retired from the US Army as the Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. In this role, he served as the personal and principal advisor to the nation's most senior military healthcare official.

James Roudebush  President
James Roudebush became a Senior Partner in Martin, Blanck & Associates in October 2009, following 34 years of active duty military service. His final assignment was serving as the Surgeon General of the Air Force in Washington, DC. In this role, Dr. Roudebush provided vision and direction to more than 42,800 people assigned to 75 medical facilities worldwide. He advised the Secretary of the Air Force and Air Force Chief of Staff, as well as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, on matters pertaining to the medical aspects of the air expeditionary force and the health of Air Force people.  He retired as Lieutenant General, US Air Force.
