Summary of Career Accomplishments:
Keith Moore became a senior partner with Martin, Blanck & Associates in 2008. He was a key member of the team that helped create the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA)–the largest government department established since the Department of Defense in the 1940s.

Mr. Moore served as a Senior Advisor in transportation security at TSA. He was the primary point of contact on policy issues for a variety of security programs on vetting passengers, baggage, cargo, associated biometrics, and Homeland Security Presidential Directives. He also managed an intelligence information protection division that successfully addressed concerns about statutory regulation from the DHS, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and Congress. As Special Assistant to the Deputy Administrator, he headed multiple leadership initiatives to advance research and development funding, industry initiatives, TSA business transformation and culture, and Department transportation priorities.

Working with a venture capital firm in Dallas, Mr. Moore also cofounded and launched a privacy/security data compliance resource company. The firm specialized in marketing a “virtual bench” of independent consultants with expertise in the following business verticals: healthcare (HIPAA), financial (GLB/Patriot Act), and European Union (Safe Harbor). As a Vice President, he coordinated efforts to establish a group of data compliance consulting professionals who worked on security and privacy audits. He identified and qualified partners and alliances to develop new marketing channels and increase sales. In addition to project management, he negotiated teaming agreements with various sales alliance entities to minimize investment and maximize return for the venture capital firm.

Additional Qualifications:
Mr. Moore began his career in Washington, DC as an energy attorney for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). He then became an associate in a federal lobbying firm, where he represented Fortune 500 company interests on Capitol Hill and created life-long relationships within the House of Representatives and the Senate. His skills include customer/client relationship management, business development, marketing and attorney recruitment for a national legal placement firm. He introduced the new contract/temp attorney concept to the Washington, D.C. legal community and was credited with the generation of the largest revenue contribution to the Washington, D.C. regional office.

Mr. Moore is an attorney in good standing, holds a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston, and has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania.
